  • Interior design consultation services
  • 2D/3D design and planning services
  • Digital design deliverables
  • Physical products (if applicable)

2. Consulting & Digital Services (Non-Refundable)

All consulting and digital services provided by RV Design & Innovation are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Interior design consultation
  • Space planning
  • 2D/3D layouts and renderings
  • Design concepts and digital files

Once the project has been initiated, shared, or delivered (partially or fully), no refund or cancellation will be entertained.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only considered before the project/work has started.
  • Once work has begun, the service cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Product Returns & Refunds (If Applicable)

For physical products such as furniture, décor, or materials:

Eligibility for Return

  • Product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

5. Return Request Process

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) may not be refundable

7. Inspection & Approval

All returned products will be inspected before approval.
RV Design & Innovation reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests
  • Deduct applicable charges if conditions are not met

8. Limitation of Liability

RV Design & Innovation shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors
  • Minor variations in design, color, or materials
  • Customer dissatisfaction after approval of final design
