RV Design & Innovation provides interior design consultation, housing planning, 2D/3D layouts, and related services. Project scope, timeline, and pricing are finalized before starting.

3. Payments & Pricing

All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms. Advance payment may be required, and the remaining amount must be paid as per milestones. Delays in payment may affect project timelines.

4. No Refund Policy (Services)

All consulting and digital design services are non-refundable once the work has started or has been delivered.

5. Product Returns (If Applicable)

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Customized products may not be eligible for return.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely approvals, and feedback. Any delay from the client side may impact the project timeline.

7. Design Approval & Changes

Once the design is approved, any additional changes may be chargeable. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction after final approval.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs and creative work remain the property of RV Design & Innovation. Clients are granted limited usage rights for their project only.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, minor variations in materials, or any indirect losses.

10. Third-Party Services

We may work with external vendors or partners. We are not responsible for their independent actions or delays.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate client behavior.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts.

13. Changes to Terms
